Printing a document from eSignLive

0 votes
Hi, Let's consider a practical scenario where there could be a possibility of feeble internet connection at the customer location, In such a case, can I print a copy of the document (yet to be electronically signed) from eSignLive ? Is there a 'Print' button available ? This is just a backup and can help in obtaining the wet signature from customer and close the deal .

The actual document isn't present in the signing ceremony, just an image representation of the document, so the document isn't actually available for print directly from the signing ceremony. You'd still have to download the document (which is available at the top of the signing ceremony, unless you've had it turned off. How are you accessing eSignLive from the customer sites? Have you considered using eSignLive's mobile application (iOS - coming soon to Android): eSignLive iOS Mobile Application Notice in the "Key Features" section that the app allows for offline signing. The app syncs up to your eSignLive account when you regain connectivity. If you're doing the dev yourself, our iOS and Android SDKs both allow for this functionality, as well. :)

The signing ceremony will be done through a iPad.

An iPad pointing to a web app in a browser will always require you to be online. Using the iOS SDK to build a native app or using the available eSignLive for iOS app would allow you to complete transactions while offline.
