Quick questions regarding 11.42 release.
The opt_out function will be deprecated and we would like to know if its gonna replaced by something else ?
Also, what is the difference between opt_out function and decline function (both are currently available)

Essentially opt_out and decline are the same, that's why opt out as an option during signing or OPTED_OUT as a package status, both will be deprecated and won't be replaced.
For your current integration, make sure:
(1)don't enable opt out button, or specify opt out reasons when package creation
(2)whenever use OPTED_OUT as a status, either in callback listener or actively querying, migrate the logic to DECLINED. (In future, when all on-going transactions have been created after version 11.42, you can consider to remove the logics regarding to OPTED_OUT entirely)
