Are you referring to the Run Report function from sender UI?
If so, unfortunately, it's not yet an out-of-the-box offered by OneSpan Sign. This report function can at most pulled the transaction information in a CSV file.
For a similar function, I've developed a "Package Export and Download" Tool, which is host it in our code share,. It features the capability to pull packages within a time range, generate a more comprehensive report, and allows you to download completed ones. Kindly have a try of this tool and let me know if this works for you.
