Salesforce Lightning -Opening Packages using Microsoft Edge

Anyone had problems opening esign packages using MS Edge?  Click opens new tab but returns a user back to the salesforce record without showing the package record

Hi Mark,

I had run a quick test at my end with

Microsoft Edge version: 41.16299.1480.0

OneSpan Sign Salesforce connector version: 4.11

And the process works fine: right click on a package from the list and open in a new tab, after some redirects and jumps to the package detail page.

Can you have a check on the browser version and the SFDC version to help us reproduce the issue?

In the updated version of MS Edge, I found the same problem. After a lot of redirects, I can't open esign packages. This is not a single computer problem. Perhaps there is another solution besides changing the browser?

The same thing happens for me, but without any redirects. I decided to dump the edge version to the old one. It all worked. But the edge is constantly being updated on its own. I read the entire salesforce communities implementation guide at the official website - I couldn't find any information. Waiting for updates.

Hello, Allan. I've already found a solution to this problem, its turned out to be quite simple. But you are right - there is no information on the official website regarding this issue. If you still need help - check out this salesforce communities implementation guide for a detailed description. I'm sure you will succeed!

Hi, Tarrence0k.
Thank you so much! I just tried to configure everything as it is written in your instruction & I succeed. Really, everything was very simple. I didn't even have to write to support.
