Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 05:11pmAnyone had problems opening esign packages using MS Edge? Click opens new tab but returns a user back to the salesforce record without showing the package record

Friday, January 24, 2020 at 10:00amHi Mark,
I had run a quick test at my end with
Microsoft Edge version: 41.16299.1480.0
OneSpan Sign Salesforce connector version: 4.11
And the process works fine: right click on a package from the list and open in a new tab, after some redirects and jumps to the package detail page.
Can you have a check on the browser version and the SFDC version to help us reproduce the issue?

Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 09:28amThe same thing happens for me, but without any redirects. I decided to dump the edge version to the old one. It all worked. But the edge is constantly being updated on its own. I read the entire salesforce communities implementation guide at the official website - I couldn't find any information. Waiting for updates.
