Saving Completed Packages to SharePoint from Dynamics Connector

0 votes
We currently use the Microsoft SharePoint connector for eSignLive and that works great for us. However, we have some use cases where we'd like to start using the Dynamics connector as well. Is there a way to save the signed documents from completed packages in SharePoint, even though the package was created from the Dynamics connector? Any help would be appreciated. Darin

Hi Darin, Yes, the Dynamics CRM connector supports this feature. Your CRM administrator will need to enable and configure the feature before it becomes available to the CRM users. After the configuration, the signed documents from the Dynamics CRM connector get stored in a SharePoint library. For this feature, both SharePoint and Dynamics CRM servers will need to be in the same domain. For more information about how to configure this feature, see the “SharePoint Configuration” section of the deployment guide for the Dynamics CRM connector here: http://docs.e-signlive.com/doku.php?id=esl:help:e-signlive_dynamics_crm_2015 Try it and let us know how it goes. Cheers, Sherry
