Signature Box off Screen

Hello there, I just have a quick question regarding the signing ceremony that one of the QAs is experiencing. Occasionally, the signature box breaks way off the page and ends up showing up in the corner. I've attached a screen shot that was provided to me, I hope it's enough to illustrate the scenario. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before, or if its a known issue? It seems to happen more often in Microsoft Edge, but has been reported to happen in Chrome as well. Just wondering if anyone has any insight. Thanks very much, Dave

Hi Dave, Because the screenshot is not very clear, I'd like to ask few more questions on this issue: 1. Are you embedding the Signing Ceremony into an iFrame? 2. Are you referring to the capture signature or click-to-sign signature? It happened to me once on Capture Signatures when I was trying to draw my signatures. It was because of the page size of my PDF, one page was in landscape and wider than others. But not pretty sure whether this is your case. Please advise with more details. Duo
