Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 08:31amHi ,
Some of our clients experienced the below issue, when clicking the signature box, the signature box went to the left upper corner. (screenshot attached)
Do you have any idea?
seems like related to monitor, but not so sure.
For example, the user using
Monitor: Samsung 27 inch Curve
Browser: Chrome Version 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Because the address bar is not clear, can't be sure if you are visiting the signing ceremony directly or embedding the signing experience. I've encountered this issue once when I was embedding the signing ceremony and one of my document page is in landscape orientation or wider/larger than the normal page size. Not sure if this is the same case for you but worth a quick check. Also, changing to another device, trying to visit the signing url directly might also help the client to finish signing.

Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 09:54amHi Duo,
Our client using signing ceremony is embedded in the integration system. the page size is normal since it's static document used everywhere.
We did the test, with same signing url directly go to eSignLive, one monitor (settings) works fine, but not the other.
do you have any idea?
thanks,

Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 12:18pmHi Cindy,
This should relates to the screen resolution and browser zooming. Take my 1920 * 1080 monitor for example, by default the capture widget should be displayed centrally, however as I zoom out the screen (the threshold is 75%), the widget was shifted to top left exactly like your screenshot.
So when the widget dialog is open, try zoom in the page and see if there's any changes.

thanks for the information, I will let our client to try it.
One more question not related to this, in the backoffice, setting '"emailDocumentsAndEvidenceSummary" , once we enabled it, sender will received the completed documents as unflattern version, is it possible to have these documents as flatten version?
thanks,
Cindy

Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 01:51pmHi Cindy,
There's a flag in backoffice called "Flatten Signer Documents". Once enabled, both Sender and Signer (if you choose to deliver signed documents to signer at signer level) will receive flattened documents attached in email.

Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 02:02pmI knew this option, once it's enabled, how sender can receive the email? put sender as cc'd in the email.completed? is it possible for sender to access flatten version via sender UI? or is it possible to email the flatten signed document to sender?
thanks,
Cindy
