Signed and all signatures valid. Document was updated after signing.
Monday, June 6, 2022 at 03:15pmI keep getting this message "Signed and all signatures valid. Document was updated after signing." Nothing was updated, just downloaded the document. Is this valid? It has been rejected by a vender because it looks like it was altered. Please let me know how I can avoid this in the future.

Monday, June 6, 2022 at 07:39pmHi sstiles,
Thanks for your post!
Some of the quick questions:
- Does this warning message appear both on your local machine and your vender's machine?
- Does it affect all your transactions, or only some specific ones (e.g. E-Mortgage/E-Lending transactions)?
- If the issue is consistent, could you share the PDF (without sensitive information) to our support team ([email protected]) for further analysis?
On top of these questions, as per this post at the Adobe community:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/multiple-signatures-and-identifiable-elements-to-ensure-a-valid-document/td-p/10644197
Could you also try the solution suggested there? - "In Edit -> Preferences -> Trust Manager, try updating the Automatic Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL)".

Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 07:56amHi,
The warning appears on both my laptop and the vendor's machine.
The transactions appear to be fine initially after signing, but, once I download them, this message appears. By "downloading" the documents, I'm not altering them, correct?
