Signing Completed Email Customization

Thanks for your post!

The completion email signer received is so called "email.complete". Right now, you can only customize the email template at the account level, that's to say all the documents initiated from your account have to share the same email template.

On to another question then, is it possible to disable the email.complete from being sent completely, defined in the Apex SDK method we use to create the package? That way we can trigger our own emails based on Case Type using Salesforce Marketing Cloud once the package has been shown as signed.

Yes, email templates can be turned off completely in your account settings, please send your request to [email protected] to arrange this.
