Text tag extraction vs Document extraction

Hi,

normally we did document extraction and it works fine. now our client has the sample form with text tag extraction, but i tried it, it seems not working. 

could you let me know how to make text tag extraction working via API call?

I attached the sample document with text tag.

Hi,

 

I tried this document, when I use API call, I got the following error "error.eslx.inputValidation.documentPreVerifyInvalidResponseNumberError", what does it mean?

Hi Cindy,

 

It seems that your PDF contains dynamic XFA forms, which OneSpan Sign doesn't support. (Directly upload this PDF will hit the same error, regardless of the text tags)

For those PDF can be successfully uploaded, with document extractions, are they also use XFA forms?
