Thank You Page (desktop vs mobile experience)

Hi, Our application is not seeing the thank you page in the desktop (iframe) ux. But in the mobile ux we are seeing the thank you page. Two questions: 1) How do we get the desktop view to show the thank you page? 2) If we customize the thank you page, will the same thank you page be used for the desktop and mobile view?
