is there any way to adjust/move signature box by signer

Hello

 

When signer receive the email to sign the document and after clicking the link document is opening.

 

is there any way signer can adjust signature box to move to correct position.

 

Document is sent by API after creating package and document sent for signature can be different each time.

Hello Bimal,

There isn't a way for the signer to move the signature blocks. However, you should be able to properly position the signature block when creating the transaction through one of our extraction, coordinate, or layout positioning methods. How are you currently determining the signature location on the document? Is it the same document structure each time?

Hello Michael Thanks for reply. Document and document structure is not same each time. User uploads the document and we need to send the same for signature via our application through onespan API Signature is to be put by user in place mentioned as box or over specified line in document. Bimal
