Transfer Laserfiche Connection to another Account

Hi Moshiur

 

The customer had Laserfiche connected to the wrong account. We are establishing a new account. Do they have to do the install all over again?

Also if multiple users want to connect to OneSpan through Laserfiche, do we just need to create them as senders in OneSpan?
