Unable to render signing url

We are not able to render the generated signing url in our browser or iframe. The page used to display the consent form but it now remains blank. PFA images of the console logs while attempting to open the signable document.

We've updated our sandbox environment to version 11.11 yesterday and it seems that we're having issue loading the signing ceremony. We are working on fixing this asap. The current workaround for now is to clear cache and load again. I will keep you updated when sandbox is fixed.

It works if we empty our cache before loading the signing url. Is there a notification system to help us know about such updates in advance, for sandbox and production?
