Unnecessary page opened after Opt-out.

I checked that the Opt-out function is good. I also checked that the Notification email went well. But after the INK-it opt-out is completed, the screen like the attached image is exposed. How do I handle this screen if I don't want it to appear?

Hello Melissa_Kim, The best way to handle this would be to use the JS Event Notifier and close the iframe or forward your application to another page completely when the opt-out event happens. Event Notifier Let me know if you have questions. :)
