View all transactions in OneSpan Sign

Is is possible (e.g. for administrator account) to view list of all transactions for all senders, aside from "Reports" page? And to examine contents of each transaction (signers, files etc.)?

Hi gilewskib,

Thanks for your post! And I believe the "Reports" page is where OneSpan Sign designed to present account overview across all senders. With the current experience, you can list all senders' transactions of all statuses within a time range, you can see the document and signer list, or download the evidence summary for completed transactions. So from my understanding, the only thing missing is the ability to review the document content, or a link pointing to the transaction edit page, if you can provide the business motivation behind it, I can definitely help you fill in an Enhancement Request towards this feature or add your organization to the request list if I can find similar requests.

Hello

Thank you for the reply :) It would be great have this feature included in OneSpan. Shall I create topic in Enhancement Ideas section or there is another way to submit feature request?

Our company is Transition Technologies PSC. As mentioned earlier, we need to have option to review all existing transactions and it's files by e.g. administration account. Also, it would be great to search/filter all transactions, similar as in standard transaction table - currently on Reports page I can only check transactions for each user by state, for given time range

Hi gilewskib,

Sure, I can directly help you fill in a new Enhancement Request or to vote for an existing one. While in the meantime, not sure if you are aware of an integration tool developed by me - OneSpan Sign - Package Export & Download Tool, where it allows to export ALL transactions under the account into a CSV file containing essential information like transaction name, completion date, signer/document list, etc. Then you can do filtering, sorting or searches keyword in a column in Excel. If you got any chance to try the tool and gave me some improvement feedback, I could address it in a short timeframe.
