Hi Kush, I set up an embedded signing session for a package using both the mobile capture type and the plain capture type of signature (separate packages). I was able to sign and select all buttons with both options from my iPad with both. The signing session was embedded in an iframe in an html page. Let us know what your setup is.

I don't see anything wrong from the snippet you provided. Can you post the code where you create you session token and possibly a screenshot of what you see on your iPad?

You shouldn't have to do any special set up for the iPad. I was letting you know that I used each type of signature with no problem from my iPad. I will email you directly and we can discuss more offline. :) PS - The images you attached are very small and hard to see anything in. Did you attach this small of images? Or is the community software doing that? Let me know if you uploaded normal sized images so I can have the web team troubleshoot. Thanks!

I will have to try to set up something similar. If you could email me some sample code or a sample project that will allow me to test more quickly, that'd be great. I have a JSF project set up already that I'll try to test with, but I am not using primefaces. I will start testing in the morning and let you know.

I was not able to open the attachment. I emailed you my gmail address so you could try sending it there instead. FYI, I tried with my JSF project and it worked from both Chrome and Safari browsers, though it worked better with Safari. Which browser are you using?

I got your project up and running, but I don't see an embedded signing session to test, just two buttons. I emailed you the same. If you could let me know what I need to do to see the embedded signing session so I can test it out from my iPad, I'll get it tested and see if there's anything I can do to help resolve the issue.

I checked into it a bit more. The block doesn't seem to be showing up. If I move the iframe out of that, I can see the iframe. Just like in my sample application, it works. In Chrome, it is VERY touchy and doesn't work that well. It took me a while to get past the "Accept" consent form. In Safari, it seemed to work much better. What browser are you using?

Sorry. I missed your first reply. I sent you the report number in email. As for using iframe in iPad, it is used directly in the page or in an overlay, much like you're trying to do with PrimeFaces. However, apparently nobody has ever tried with PrimeFaces. As I believe I told you in an email, we were able to successfully use jQuery to reproduce the same look as you have with PrimeFaces and have no issues with the iframe in the overlay dialog.

Hey Kush, I got a workaround for your issue by using jQuery inside the xhtml page instead of using the PrimeFaces dialog box. I will email you the changed document and what I changed in your Esignlive.java.

Just came across an interesting development. If you increase the height of your iframe in your original code to something like 800px, your original code will work, using the PrimeFaces dialog. Going to forward this information to R&D. I'll update you on any other findings if I run across them.
