Getting the below error while adding the attachment in esign in Oracle(Production instance) ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed Permission denied While testing in non prod instances, no such error occurred. Kindly assist as soon as possible.

Good day, I am using postman and have a few routines using the (CA) Sandbox API key and query layouts by email ID, which was working. I have another routine where I can delete the layout based on the ID copied from the routine described in the previous line.

Hi, i am trying to use the POST api /api​/packages​/{packageId}​/attachment​/{attachmentId} to add an attachment to a package but i always receive the below reply. I am testing it through the swagger of the community portal. Any idea on the reason of the error?

After doing some 11.39 SANDBOX testing; seems retrieving Sender via Email works but retrieving Sender via Sender ID does not.
Get URL after designer send

We are embedding the designer in an iframe.  After the user clicks "Send to Sign" the package moves to in-progress status. We prevent OneSpan from sending the message; rather we send the URL via Salesforce.  What is the best practice to request a new URL to send via Salesforce?

Hi!  We have some roles in our account for control access management. We want the ability for designated user (Roles & Permission) to be able to access and download the evidence summary for ALL completed packages.
Email failed to deliver, but received OneSpan event as EMAIL_BOUNCE with message as "OOTO" instead of "BOUNCED""

Hi Team, Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right? FYI,  Email messages after delivery fail
