Hello Onespan,
I am stuck with the issue for a while and decided to post something here.

One document is in .pdf format and this works fine.

Guys,
I've created a package where we create a Smart Note. The Notary is able to see this document even though it isn't in the document visibility for the Notary. Any idea on how to force this to happen?

Hello!
I have a question while signing the documents using dropdown functionality i can able to see the remote signer information is dropdown list , so how can i restrict the remote user information in dropdown list.
Please share the sample request json.

Am receiving the below error on deleting a document. When does this error occur?
"Exception":"Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not delete document from package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Hey Team,
Greetings for the day.
I was playing around with branding the Signing Ceremony, when I try to customize the logo with a different image it works fine (but it disables the session bar, even when I use .withSessionBar() )
Is this the default behaviour?

We have been trying to sign all documents using the canadian REST API (e-signlive.ca/api)
We tried creating a package with the code provided on https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/sign-documents/ .
We added a role ('Sender') and approval for this role.
