We build a web application using the Silanis.ESL.SDK to create and manage document to sign. Which is using the PackageID and DocumentID to interact with Esign in order to get the Signing status and download the signed document.

Hi,
I'm having an issue when trying to use the delete feature to permanently delete a package.
Using the Java SDK, I simply execute the following line.
eslClient.getPackageService().deletePackage(new PackageId(packageId));

Has anyone noticed problems with the handover URL and hash location strategy routing? If so, have you found a workaround?
When setting the handover url to something like "https://www.mydomain.com/#esign", we are seeing different behavior between the handover button and text link.

I have created a .Net web application to receive posts from the eSignLive server to handle event notifications (PACKAGE_CREATED, DOCUMENT_SIGNED, etc.) I am successfully receiving the events, parsing the Json posted to me, and handling the events.

I have a support ticket out for this but the response time is something horrible. We have a package that is up in Production that somehow managed to get put into draft mode and we do not know why.

I have requirement like while sending package creation request for in person now email triggering but i don't want to get any email for in person now so for this what changes are required in request json.

Hi,
I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID.
For example, the user is required to attach 2 documents.
