We're using document extraction to populate a Signature Date field with the date of signing via naming a form field with something like this: [Signer1.Capture1.label1.Date].

We are seeing browser's vertical scrollbar on some devisces with smaller screen size as a result the signature navigator becomes invisible (goes below the fold) plus extra scrollbar is creating confusing for users since iframe already contains a separate scrollbar.

Hi, when a smart card is used is the document also signed by a server certificate or something after all signers have signed? Also, how is non-repudiation retained when not using smart cards? Thanks, Jimmy

We are using SMS authentication along with email notification for access to the signing ceremony. Generally the experience is that the email is sent, the user clicks the link, the SMS is sent and the user logs in with the PIN. Some times the SMS is not sent.

Hi, We have a requirement where we need to impose unique package name when users create a transaction. I understand that the only uniqueness that eSL has is the packageId and not the name. Is it possible to check the uniqueness of package name before it is created? Thank you.
