Hello, I would like to find out how I can download document generated by a sender in the sub account when only API key I have is the owner's from the top most level. If anyone has an example in c# code, that would be great.

I would like to sign off on all paperwork sent out by all our senders.  Is there a way to assign myself or a group a specific role so that when I place that tag on a pdf document I will always be the one assigned that field?

Guys - I know that when a document is completely signed, your system will send out a notification that we can capture to do whatever it is we need to do with that information. Is there something similar for when a user locks their account due to too many invalid attempts?
