Hello, I am trying to apply a layout that is created with PlaceHolder for signers. In my package I add my real signers with email and would like to map each real signer to a placeholder in the layout. What is the best way to do this?

Hi, I was wondering in Version 11.25 if we can remove the "Exit" button from the "Thank You Dialog". This is because we can only set the text of it in one language and only have one handover URL.   Thanks, Kabir

Follow-up of https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/emailmessage-content-length-limit/ Most of the fields have 4000 characters limit, but here we have only 1024. I would love to have it increased.

Summary document contains package id, signer name and email id. Please let me know if there is option to add other application specific fields in Summary document like Company name, Order id..etc.?

The .Net SDK throws exception “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” When we try to retrieve some data like (Layouts, Sender info, Auditlog) and there is no data. It would be better if it just return null, instead of going to the exception path. Thanks,

         Below is my logic for searching for a user to get their ID.  I have > 4000 users and at 100 per call (which is the limit that appears to be enforced now) it takes forever.

Hi Is there a REST call that can make a package expire on demand. I am aware of expiry dates field , but I need a REST call that I can make when I need to based on some business logic. Regards Mario

Hi, Before copying the layout & template, we'd like to backup the source account setting first ( or just backup the existing layout and templates)  in case something goes wrong. so what do you suggest the best way to backup the account ?   thanks,
