Does a package automatically complete and close when the last signer signs? Is it possible to keep the package open - so we add another document for example - until we call an explicit operation to close/complete the package (even if everyone has completed signing)?

We suggest adding the ability to create custom attributes for a signer, as we can do for packages and documents. For our workflow, it is important that a signer have a role. We are currently storing these as document package attributes, but it is a bit cumbersome.

We have several processes that use eSign and almost all use the default consent/disclosure page. However, there's just one use case where we need to disable the consent/disclosure page when submitting transactions. How do we do this via the ESL SDK?

From the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing.
Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons different? Otherwise, we are inclined to disable one of the buttons. Thanks

Hi,
We've a form that has multiple radio button groups and we would like to overlay the eSL radio buttons on it.
Does eSL allow multiple radio button groups?
e.g. a radio button group for Gender ( Male or Female), Employee Status (employee or contractor) etc.

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?

The attachments are deleted every time I run the collection (the multipart-form data was chosen). If there is the way to add the attachment one time when creating collection and use it every time ? Maybe there is the possibility to do this via newman?

Using the OneSpanSign.sdk there is no document type for text files, which may or may not have the TXT extension. I can drag and drop files via the UI into transactions but I don't see any easy way using the API to upload them.

Hi ,
one of the client saw the message "Signed and all signatures are valid, but with unsigned changes after the last signature" in the Adobe, any idea what it means?
