When a new user is provisioned, the user status is set to PENDING.  When using SSO, the user status never changes to ENABLED because they do not get the activation email.  How do we get the status to ENABLED so that we have the ability to DISABLE the user, if needed?

Hi is it possible from custom UIto allow user to place signature on the page...to choose where it want it. What parameters I need to set in the code. I use .net SDK Also would it be possible to size iFrame to the document or to remove all unnecessary space around document. How?
How to place the signer's title in the signature block

currently the first name, last name, and date are placed in the signature block. Can other data also be placed there, specifically the signer's title? Can this be placed with the signature or can it be placed in another location? Is this a back office setting? Can this be done through the api?

iFrame Safari Browser issue

Dear All, I am getting the below error on the page loading iFrame in Safari browser: Refused to display 'https://apps.e-signlive.ca/login?destination=/packages/UDZV56Wee-QC8OWLQp7oOXbD8_M=/sign' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'. Please let me know what is the problem.
404 Not Found Error with Two Signers

When we have a package that has two signers and one signer has completed signing and the other is still pending, when we perform a check status, we are getting the following error. Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Hello, We use the v11 of esign live, and we have a trouble with the X-Frame-Options set to (sameorigin) provided by the https://sandbox.esignlive.com/access into a Iframe. Before the v11 was an option WithFrame() but this option was remove.
sender UI adding new signature field

hi,  when I create package via sender UI, when adding a new signature field, the default type is click-to-sign.  Can it be changed so that the default type is to capture autograph?   thanks,
Can't create long enum list field

In the previous system (e-signlive.com) I was able to create enum list of all countries. In the new one, the list is cut after about 90 positions. Do you know any way to overcome that?
Date format of Date Bound field

I looked in the docs and the API but this was not immediately obvious if this function existed so question: I can specify a bound field Date, that gets filled in by eSignLive with the date that the user signs. However the date format that is filled in now does not match the date on our PDF form
