I am currently in CST/ GMT-5 but the callback is returning GMT-4 for the createdDate time. I am on the onespan sandbox could this have an effect?   Edit: updated subject to GMT-0 time

Through the REST API, make the email notifications configurable much like configuring the signing ceremony layout on a package by package basis. The user experience can be somewhat confusing when one completes a sign ceremony online and then receives an email requesting a signature.

Our company has requirement for document validation. Does eSignLive API have an existing function or method to return document( or file) checksum if provided packageId and documentId. So I don't need to download document on our side but just get checksum.

Hi team Could you let me know if there is a way to water mark a completely signed document (or all) in, a package with multiple documents ? Some info: Package auto-complete option is disabled on the package i am referring to above. Uday
