On OneSpan Sign, if I am a delegate for a user and I decide to sign a form on behalf of the user, who's name appears on the form signature?  Is it my name or the user I am delegate to?

Hi, I'm trying to set up a package where two signers are eligible to sign the same field, and one of them signing would be enough to complete it. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm upgrading an application that user Java SDK to the REST API.  The application currently does in-person signing of 2 signers in an iFrame. The design is to now allow the users a choice between in-person or remote signing.

Specifically the check-box that ensures automatic email delivery of final signed docs. This is over-written each time to a default un-checked setting, which adds an extra step to the package creation process for user-driven signing.
Is it possible to have a package complete if 2 signers out of 5 have signed?

Let’s say we have an agreement that will be sent out to 5 individuals. If 2 of them sign then the agreement would be considered complete and the remainder would not need to sign. Is that type of flow supported?

Hi,   when request is placed to OSS for signatory, do both sender and signer need to sign (or signing process will be completed if singer does the signature?) Thank you! Naresh

Hi, I have a scenario in which I have two different document and I want to show second document after completion of first one(both are for same user) In both documents some of the fields are common. Now what want , when user opens second document, common fields which user already filled up in first

Currently when the signer signs one CAPTURE field, then the other CAPTURE fields for the Signer are populated with the signature automatically when they are clicked on. Can this be prevented. We need the signer to physically sign all the fields.

We were successfully sending transactions and documents to OneSpan until the start of this week when we started receiving the below error. I have also put the invoking code below, it is based on the Apex SDK. It's a weird error as this was working on Friday.. CallOut:

I need a way to prefill some input values. This is something that we can done with onespan sign api today, but prefill input are mutable (once approval access to signing url, he can change their values)
