I have installed and configured the OneSpan Laserfiche workflow, and it worked for the first two transactions. After that, it failed to download the signed document back into the repository. Below is the error message from the event viewer log.

Hi, when the last signer completes signing, there is the link for "download this document"(see attachment), is it possible to disable the link? Thanks, Cindy

Hi! I have some templates that define some pdf file to be filled and signed over the OSS Session. For all of the created transaction, we are also creating a custom pdf that needs to be signed by the same Signer.

Hello,  I've had this issue for several weeks now and I'm not sure how to remedy it.  On the Complete Signing Modal, a green check mark is supposed to show up for the signer but we are seeing this (see attached.)

Hello, Is it possible to sign a document without having the signer to go through the process and click on a signature box? For instance, we have a website, a user fills the forms, we display a preview to the user and ask for confirmation and the user click on the confirm button.

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. But I am not able to figure out the json content for the sender and signer details in plsql.
