Hi, Please help me with the following: I am using REST API, .NET and a sandbox account. I want to download a document in PDF format. For this I can use the call: GET /packages/{packageId}/documents/{documentId}/pdf But this call requires documentId.

Hi, I have a scenario for a package with 1 document and 2 signers, only 1 signer required to sign the document. when this package sent , both of the signers received the activate email (1 signer for signing, and another signer just review - no  signature required.

Is there a change in updatePackage call for new signing experience. I am able to generate the package and update the package with settings and roles from old signing experience account but same cannot be done with new signer experience account.

I am working with authenticating Signers in the ceremony and when we try to set the signers to the default option (email) -- the package creation returns with a 400 error. This is the return error Could not send the package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
