I tried to implement "Create and Send a Package with the .NET SDK" but got following error.

Hi, I'm working to retrieve all sender from the accounts that I manage in order to generate some reports.
I'm trying to figure out what is the best approach to incrementally grab new senders without retrieving the full list again.
Do you have any suggestion using REST API's calls?

Is there anyway to suppress the automatic email to signers on package creation? We would like to give our application user the option to sign now (we will retrieve signing URLs), or sign by email (appears to be sent automatically at package creation).

I have one scenario: signer1 doesn't need to sign/accept any documents in the package, in the remote scenario, how signer1 start the signing ceremony to review the documents? because signer1 doesn't get the email to launch the signing ceremony.

I am writing an app that will hypothetically integrate with OneSpan Sign. I would want the users of my app to be able to log into OneSpan Sign and grant my app permission to create Transactions in their OneSpan sign account on their behalf. Is this possible with OneSpan sign?
