Hi, How many test environments you have? I know you have sandbox, is that the only test environment? If we want to do performance testing with eSignLive, can we use sandbox?

Hi, We are planning to implement a purge process to purge packages that's too old. But since the purge API takes package id and we don't have it, should we call Get /packages to get all the package ids that meet our requirements?

Hello, Due to the security requirements of my company, we are required to use two-way SSL to communicate with eSignLive via API. Using the open Java SDK code posted in Github, it was easy to enhance com.silanis.esl.sdk.EslClient within my company to accomplish this.

Hello, we were informed that a change will be coming to the API interactions in the 11.36 version.  If we integrate using the Java SDK, is it necessary to upgrade to the latest version of the SDK in order to correctly handle the removed user-agent header?

My company is new to working with eSign, I'm a product manager working on finalizing requirements for our development team and can't find the length of the Package ID. Can someone tell me, or point me in the right direction?

Hi, we are evaluating the REST API for our use case. Is there a way to know that original package has been modified? For say, some new document has been added to the same package. We need this to ensure package integrity.
