Hey, I followed your guidance on Reminder and the code works well: https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/reminders/ But when I want to check if I have successfully configured reminders, I can't find the related information in the package JSON. Please advise me. Thanks in advance!
Adding Word documents as attachments....

When I add a word document to an esign package it seems to be converted to a PDF as it's uploaded and all of the documents I can download from that point are all in a PDF format. Is it possible to maintain the Word format in the download packages?
Attachments when running the collection when choosing the multipart-form data

The attachments are deleted every time I run the collection (the multipart-form data was chosen). If there is the way to add the attachment one time when creating collection and use it every time ? Maybe there is the possibility to do this via newman?

Using the OneSpanSign.sdk there is no document type for text files, which may or may not have the TXT extension.  I can drag and drop files via the UI into transactions but I don't see any easy way using the API to upload them.

I need to customize signing ceremony (logo, primary and secondary color) at package level I saw that you can send a settings.ceremony object with some parameters, but i don't see you can send properties from signing theme (i.e: primary color)

I have included the eSignLive package related list on the Contact and Account detail pages in Salesforce connector for eSignLive! However, those detail pages are not showing any eSignLive activity – only the Opportunity. Is it possible to see that information on Contact/Account?
Usage report for more than 100 packages per day for the sender

I was wondering if there is any way to pull more than 100 completed packages for each sender for a given day. I have one sender that completes more than 100 packages a day and the completion report only shows up to 100 per sender, unless I am missing something.

If we wanted to NOT put a logo but place a barcode on the evidence summary template can we do that for eSignLite.  We want our OCR technology to be able to pick up that it's an evidence summary document and perform straight through processing.

Guys, I was told that there were now some new ways of doing the notary seal in the new signing experience. I have not been able to find any documentation on it and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
