Hi All, I have a scenario where I have an e-signer that will not have an email. Example: An elderly person is in an office, signing a contract to rent a room/apartment/service in a retirement home/nursing home/home services. This elderly person does not have an email (no technology).

We have a need to include previously signed forms within an application package that we send to the client. The request is to have a way to insert these signed documents into another PDF. When attempting to do so in Adobe Pro we are advised that the PDF is password protected.

Issue with multiple captures on document losing handdrawn value

Guys, I am working on a package that has both captures on one document. I'm using the handdrawn value for one and the fromfile for the other. On the first approval using the handdrawn value, it works fine. I then go onto the fromfile capture approval and it works fine.
SMS Authentication for Signing Ceremony access

We are using SMS authentication along with email notification for access to the signing ceremony. Generally the experience is that the email is sent, the user clicks the link, the SMS is sent and the user logs in with the PIN. Some times the SMS is not sent.
