I am currently creating a report about how many customer are signing the documents in one particular months. I was wondering when is customer charged during this process of signing the document, is it when customer actually signed the doc or is it when sSign have send the document to user.

Hi I am integrating the ESignLive SDK into an Android app. I already have a login mechanism (using username/password combination or using google sign in). I do not want to have an extra login for ESignLive. I noticed there is a method to login with session token.

Years ago, with our initial eSign implementation we noticed a significant drop off when we required a married couple to sign separately.
I can't counter-sign the main Contract since the Customer did not sign the Rider

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order. How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?
Callback for Document Opened

It would be really great to have more/better callbacks during the customer signature process. For example, when the document is opened, when the customer Accepts the "Electronic Disclosures", etc... This way, we can contact the customer while they are reviewing the app and answer their questions.

Hi, what's the difference between email template 'email.notify.mobile' vs 'email.notify'? As I known, email.notify is the one send to the signer for signing the document? when the 'email.notify.mobile' is triggered?   thanks, Cindy

Add custom metadata fields to package.

When creating a new package, is it possible to add custom metadata fields that we can get back in the webhook response? For instance, if I want to attach a custom ID to the package I just created, and then store specific data about that package in my own DB.
