Hello, I have added signer SMS verification before sign of document. It show SMS sent. but user don't receive any SMS. even if user request SMS while sign, it say SMS sent successfully, but don't get any SMS. Here is the code. There is line of array for SMS.

We have a service setup to get the "SIGNER_COMPLETE" notification but we need to iterate through and see who has signed and who hasn't. Is there a way in the .net code to get which signers are complete or at least which documents they have signed in the package?

Hello! I'm trying to add extra fields to a transaction through the REST API but I can't get the extra fields to show up. So far I managed to add a free text field at the time of signing, but I can't get it to show the initials of the signer or the date of signing.

I read the following blog post: https://www.esignlive.com/blog/esignlive-setting-reminders And tried setting up reminders in my initial POST request that creates a signing package. It's not working. ESL creates the package with no error messages but the reminders never get sent.

Hello, We have integrated our salesforce application with onespan using APEX SDK for our signature use cases. During our signature request, we need user to input their tax number, for that we are passing following expression which works fine: {{*esl_TaxNumber:Signer1:textfield:value("")}} But, w
