I have a client who is calling the ReportService method of the SDK However, for a specific date, he is getting the below error:

Does the handdrawn signature uploaded for a signer only display on signature tags that are 'capture signature' rather than 'click to sign,' or is it possible to use the signer's handdrawn signature for both?
When signing with handdrawn, the signer's signature appears overlap

I have a number of email accounts that aren't people but business units. They want to use the API to send business unit messages. Since we use SSO they can't sign into OneSpan as that non-existant person.
