This API call requires {senderId} but when I use my "name" or "email" it does not work, nor does it work for any other value I could think of to try. The documentations says "The unique sender id" but what is that value? where does it come from? where is it on a screen?  
package status change to SENT issue

Hello, I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request". I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.

Hi,   I been trying to get status' for my packages, but i am hitting a wall. I am running the following using the owner API Key and attempting to retrieve packages that are owned by a separate sender: /api/packages/:packageId

UPDATE: Solution in comment sectionHi,I create packages only by adding roles and signatures with ESL tags on document and it always worked perfectly. Until rencently, maybe a couple of days, we started receiving "Cannot send package without approvals" error.

HI, Every time When I create template, a default document named "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" is created. I don't want this document. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Zeeshan Hanif

Hi Team, We are using rest API to communicate with esign live . when we create and send document we are using the below url . https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/packages Once we send the request I am able to see the package in drafts folder .

I have seen the post of creating the package from the existing template using .NET SDK. https://developer.esignlive.com/code-share/create-template-use-create-package-net/ Is it possible using REST API too. If yes can you please make a similar tutorial using REST API as well. Thanks, Sumit
