Hi All,
We started implementing ESL in our company and we have two accounts, one is for production and the other used in lower environment, (dev and test), the problem is that, the sandbox cannot reach our REST service in test environment, (we did not test in production yet), it fails every time.

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

Hi,
I am trying to retrieve the signer authentication token to build the SignInUrl to be used in Iframe in our application, which we are working on.
I am trying to use the approach of creating SignerSession with Signer Authentication Tokens as per the below blogs
