Hey all -  I'm having trouble finding some examples for validating signers using the Q&A features. I recall seeing some examples in the docs or forums in the past but can't find them now. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, After document is loaded in Iframe, upon clicking the Sign button, I see a JS error in the console coming from the file CapsigSignatureButton.js.   screen attached. This was working previously, any Ideas, thx.

Hi, In OneSpan portal we can search a transaction by transaction name. (I have attached a screen shot) Is there any api in SDK which allows us to search a package by Transaction name?   Thanks, Kamran

We are creating one package with 2 documents and multiple signers and we want to limit the documents that each signer can view.  Is there a way to do that within the same call as the package creation, instead of having to do multiple calls.

After a signing has been completed, I call eslClient.DownloadOriginalDocument and it correctly returns the original unsigned document. However, when I call eslClient.DownloadDocument, it returns the original unsigned document instead of returning the signed document.

Guys, I know you guys have been improving things for the new signing experience and I wanted to circle around to see if this workflow has been improved. When we want to change notaries for a package do this workflow.
One Signer 2 documents

Hi, Is there a way to build a package such that one signer would sign 2 documents. Here is an algorithm that I am looking at: 1. Use PAckageBuilder to build a package named 'OriginalPackage' 2. Add 'signer1' and 'signer2' to OriginalPackage 3. Add 'document1' and 'document2' to OriginalPackage 4.

These questions are regarding the Evidence Summaries we have available for each package: – Does the signer role listed have to be unique regardless of a unique package? Example: Package1 – signer1, signer2; Package2 – signer3, signer4; etc and so on.

We are integrating with Onespan using Rest API. We have three types of Roles. Broker , customer and Business. Broker first sign an agreement(using esign), followed by customer and then Business people sign an agreement.
