The OssClient.DownloadZippedDocuments method is throwing the following error sporadically. The code below that contains this method works the majority of the time. I would appreciate any suggestions on why this error happens every once and a while.

Hi,
I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID.

Hi, I'm trying to set up a demonstration project using the sandbox environment but I'm having troubles authenticating with the API.

Has anyone run into a Certificate chaining error when trying to make a call to createPackage? We are using IBM WebSphere BPM v8.5 and the eSignLive SDK 10.10.1, the certificate is installed in the Cell's defaultTrustStore, however,the eSignLive SDK call seems to ignore it.

The documentation talks about ApiKeyAuth (being deprecated) and ApiTokenAuth (recommended replacement).
Apparently a "Client Id" + "Secret" is combined to create a "Token" but I don't know how this is done for API's below.
I am not clear on "single use" vs "multi-use".
