Hello there,
I just have a quick question regarding the signing ceremony that one of the QAs is experiencing.
Occasionally, the signature box breaks way off the page and ends up showing up in the corner.

One of our customer is using a Iframe with one span sign URL embedded in .net 5 mvc web application.
The problem is that if a user refresh the page they get an error access unauthorized your authentication token is incorrect.

I'm trying to update all the roles such as adding and removing a few of them with one API call. I tried:
PUT /api/packages/{packageId}/roles
... but I get "500 Internal Server Error".

Hey there,
im having a problem with IsRequired propertie:
1 - Through the management console I created a DocumentTemplate (X) where I define all the fields and properties such as IsRequired.
2- Using the API im building a DocumentPackage where I upload a Document and I apply the template X.

Hi,
I've notice that I can make a document "Accept Only" in the eSignLive sandbox dashboard transaction creation page. I can simply click Accept Only and select the recipients I wish to accept the document and thats it. No need for signature, only acceptation.

Is this sender token required in a json package? I ask because I get an error sending a package request stating "id": "sender" not found. This is just a sender not requiring a signature but sending a request package for signature of another user.

Hi,
I've been trying to send multiple packages asynchonously. After some testing, I discovered that it cannot truly run in parallel because EslClient.CreatePackage(DocumentPackage) acts as a bottleneck for my application.
