Unable to upload pdf for signing

We are trying to upload the attached PDF (eF2 - Sign.pdf) to eSignLive as a document to sign. It contains a signature block embedded in it. The error we get while ww upload it from eSignLive portal (image attached herewith) is the same which we get while we try the same using SDK.

We have several package templates which we created with the New UI. Each of the templates has multiple documents assigned to them. Now we need to use the RESTAPI to pull these package templates and create new transactions with the package templates created in the UI.

Hi We are displaying e-document in iFrame. On Safari, there was a known cookie issue described in https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/cookie-issues-on-safari/ . We are ok with it as long as it shows description and guideline to the client.
