Hi, We need to know that is there any possibility of increasing further the document's size such as uploaded document, audit trails etc. near future for any release of one span server. Because, we are building an application where any increase of document's size will impact our application.

Hello, I believe there should be a possibilty for an unknown signer to exist in a Package, here's a use case from my company: A truck driver must deliver concrete to a construction zone and the person who receives the concrete must sign as well as the driver.

Hi, Is there some way that the in-person signing can take place if there is no connection available? Some of our sales people have encountered that in some areas they are trying to do a signing the connection is too slow/unstable or not able to connect at all.

Hello I am using the JAVA SDK to send signing co-ordinates and a base 64 document stream to eSignLive and get a signing link. The co-ordinates that I use consider top left corner as the reference origin (0,0) and calculate the signing coordinates based on that.
