So I have a current workflow that includes KBA on some signers for various packages. When the signer gets their signing url, we are seeing the attached error on the screen. Sometimes it takes us to where we can then proceed to answer the KBA and sometimes it doesn't.

Guys, I've created a package where we create a Smart Note. The Notary is able to see this document even though it isn't in the document visibility for the Notary. Any idea on how to force this to happen?

Guys - I have a support ticket out for this but the response time is something horrible. We have a package that is up in Production that somehow managed to get put into draft mode and we do not know why.

Hello, We found that once a package was created, all signers will receive an invitation email including the link to Signing Ceremony, but not the package owner. Is there any way to send the same email to sender also? Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to update all the roles such as adding and removing a few of them with one API call. I tried: PUT /api/packages/{packageId}/roles ... but I get "500 Internal Server Error".

I have a number of email accounts that aren't people but business units.  They want to use the API to send business unit messages.  Since we use SSO they can't sign into OneSpan as that non-existant person.
