Hi OneSpan Team - As per our requirement , the ESign process for 2 roles happen within the pega application process flow , We need not send emails to the Esign users to complete the Esign process via email and on to the OneSpan site . Is there any way by which we can block sending emails to users .

I tried to compile https://github.com/eSignLive/esl.sdk.net/tree/638754571e39de8b30c36965ca9e4d05b7c1b146/sdk/SDK.Examples with 11.5 SDK, but there seems to be breaking changes, like MakeOption() not found.

My Operator id configured with Production env (US2). I could not find the API key in the integration tab of the Admin Page. How to get a API key for PROD environment . Kindly let me know the End Point URL for the production env API's.

Hello, I want to create a package from an already created template with sign field & assign to the signer and show in an iframe to sign the fields. I am using PHP. I tried using simple web application PHP code given in the forum. but not working. Please help me with that.

Hello, I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request". I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.

Hello, I am creating package. After that I am writing data in that PDF via fields extraction. And downloading that PDF that is written. It was working perfect till now. But suddenly today, The PDF is getting blank that is 0 size.
