Hey there,
I've got some established code that is able to create packages consistently. However, I've run across a particular set of documents / metadata that is preventing the server from creating. This is the error from SDK:
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

I am getting this error while generating eSign:
Could not create a new package one step. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/api/packages.

We have a time when we keep getting this error

Hi,
I am trying to create a new package using .net sdk from template which is already defined in the UI. I am trying to find an example which will help me to get started. This is what we are trying to accomplish
1. Create package with templateid defined in UI portal

I found the 'search' function is in different place when user login the account. I assume this's account setting different, if so, could you please let me know what setting is impacting the behavior?

Hi Team,
I am trying to fetch a list of transactions that should include the received transaction from other senders which requires the signing.

We currently use subaccounts and to get the role of a user within a subaccount we have to check within each subaccount to see if they have access using the REST below

What are the inbound IP addresses for eSignLive? And do these change with the new Sender UI (i.e. the new *.esignlive.com domain vs. *.e-signlive.com)?
