Hello,
I have added signer SMS verification before sign of document. It show SMS sent. but user don't receive any SMS. even if user request SMS while sign, it say SMS sent successfully, but don't get any SMS. Here is the code. There is line of array for SMS.

we upgrade SDK to 11.25 (was using 11.0.2), we noticed that the locale has been changed
in 11.0.2, when we sent 'fr-CA' to SDK, SDK will translate to api package as 'fr'

I have made a template the first signature capture mandatory for each signer and subsequently made the rest optional with conditional logic. This setup ensures that the mandatory capture becomes optional once any of the others are signed.

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.

We noticed an issue with one of our forms where the signer has to sign on page 1 and page 2. If the user signs page 1 first and page 2 second, they are able to complete the signing ceremony.

I'll try to explain my problem as clearly as possible.
I work in a company who develop a software in 4D (programming langage)
We sell this software to different client and we would like to integrate eSignLive in our software (that means that the client generate documents in the software and
