Hi, We have eSignLive for both the web and mobile. We've noticed that loading the Signing Ceremony is taking a really long time to load, both in dev and production. Is there any performance update planned in the future? Thanks, Fernando
Mutliple CAPTURE fields populated automatically, when the 1st field is signed

Currently when the signer signs one CAPTURE field, then the other CAPTURE fields for the Signer are populated with the signature automatically when they are clicked on. Can this be prevented. We need the signer to physically sign all the fields.
Window "Thank you" after signing with mobile device

Hello, When i sign a documnt with mobile device, we see this window (e.g. screenshot). It appears only with mobile device but we don't want this window. Can i remove it? Or we must request support to delete it? Thank you, Godinas Maxime.

Hello, I've searched the forum for web hooks/call backs and couldn't find anything special. Is it possible to get notified when a user signs a document? Like using web hooks or generally defining a custom function for this event? Thank you, Sina

ADA transaction failed when confirm

Hi, I created ADA transaction via API call, and when I tried to click "confirm" button" during signing ceremony, it showed error as attachment, any idea what's wrong? I attached document and create package payload as well. thanks, Cindy
