Hello, We found an issue with the iOS SDK that sometimes the SDK skip the ESign Disclosures and Consent document and skip directly to the contract.

We build a web application using the Silanis.ESL.SDK to create and manage document to sign. Which is using the PackageID and DocumentID to interact with Esign in order to get the Signing status and download the signed document.
Moving from code managed signature placement to Templates

We have a client that requests a lot of changes to their PDFs, so we've decided to move from pixel-perfect C# signature placements (hand coded), to templates. The biggest problem I have right now is, in the template there is no where to say that the signature is optional.

We have a template (in sandbox, id "M9fYtj_6L0MKQSYfQ3vAahQn6E8="). I've followed the documentation to attach signers. We have 3 roles: Insured, SalesAgent, BankAccountOwner.

Is it possible to pass a pre-filled PDF into or with the usage of a template? That way we can use the template for signature placement but use our filling services to fill the rest of the data.

I would like to sign off on all paperwork sent out by all our senders.  Is there a way to assign myself or a group a specific role so that when I place that tag on a pdf document I will always be the one assigned that field?

  As OSS introduced more subtypes, we need to redesign our code to handle it.  Would you be able to provide the mapping for subtype , type  and binding?  For example:

Some of our signers do not have the last name. What should be passed via REST API in such cases? Someone without a last name should be allowed to register a signature on his document.  
Access Denied

Can some help me out with this error message?  The first signee had no issues but the second signee went to the package a day later to sign and then received an Access Denied.  Is it possible there was some kind of timeout because they waited a day to sign?  I didn't think tha
