We have an application that opens an overlay that contains the iframe for esigning (this is all happens in React SPA app). From what I can tell the handOver url will only redirect within the iframe containing esign.

Guys, I have a few redirects that I am trying that are not working and would love to know where I'm going wrong. 1. I've set the handover and complete event to force the redirect of a user when completing a package and it doesn't seem to work.

Hi, We create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to the signing URL in case of in-person signing. Is it possible to remove the "Exit Signing" option from the "More Actions" menu?

Hi OneSpan Team - I have gone through the below article and it mentions that the Session Expiry Redirect URL can be configured at Account Level , I have gone through my account and not found any configuration as such. 1)Do we nee to do this setting at the account level OR 2)In the JS code , as on

One of our customer is using a Iframe with one span sign URL embedded in .net 5 mvc web application. The problem is that if a user refresh the page they get an error access unauthorized your authentication token is incorrect. "Accès non autorisé.
Using OneSpan email invitations in addition to session token URLs - will this work?

After creating a package, I get the session token for that package, and return the access signing URL which I pass to an iframe. The ceremony comes up but with this error at the top in a red box: “Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again.
